As the season is rapidly coming to an end I have mixed feelings about it. It certainly has been a learning experience. We have had a lot of fun and a bit of frustration (part of that being the number of boys who show up, we have 12 on the team?!?). So it goes. It will be nice to free up a bit of time. Only one more week. Go tornadoes!!

Dads and Donuts
Peyton had Dads and Donuts at Timpanogos Friday morning. Joe did come in yesterday from Seattle but not until the evening. So Peyton invited Grandpa Terry to go with him. He was very excited to go. They got Donuts of course!! Peyton picked the yummiest one, gobs of frosting and oodles of sprinkles. Delicious!!! they did the Pledge of Allegiance, read stories, and visited. Lots of fun. Thanks Grandpa!!

Naptime?!?!
I love naptime, at least I used to until Addison got to where she doesn't go to bed on time if she has any kind of nap. And by on time I mean she doesn't go to bed until 10:50 (at least that was last night) I argued and fought with her for a long while and then just let her be. And she put all her dolls and animals to bed on the family room floor and then finally around 10:30 she got tired and finally let me take her up to bed:) Wow it makes me tired too!

Have you ever wondered. . .
. . .why soccer parents are so crazy? I am the coach of Peyton's U6 soccer team. We are the Blue Tornadoes (that explains the tornadoes on our faces). We had a game today and wow the parents get pretty intense even at the 5 and 6 year age. I am not sure I am cut out for soccer :) But as long as Peyton's liking it, we'll keep going. Gooooo Tornadoes!!
Spring Break
The week before our Spring Break was Andrea's (Joe's sister) kids Spring Break. So they hopped in the car and drove down to see us. Of course while they were here it snowed half the time. I'm sure this is just what they were hoping for. We did however see a few sights, even in the snow. Below is us at Temple Square (in the snow) :)
Then we all (Andrea and I and the 5 kids) got in the car to drive to Seattle. And drove and drove and drove and 20 hours later we arrived at our destination. We thought that it would be a good idea to drive straight through. And it would have been had we not got stuck in Baker City for awhile because the pass was closed and then had to chain up to go over Snoqualmie pass into Western Washington. All driving problems aside the kids were really good and it was nice to already be there come Saturday morning.
We spent Easter weekend at Joe's parents and went to the Tulip Festival in La Conner and Mt Vernon. Then looked for a house (no success yet on that one, hopefully soon!)

All About Me
Peyton had his All About Me week at Timpanogos Academy (he goes to Kids Village in the morning and Timpanogos in the afternoon) the week of March 8, 2010. I was asking him the questions so we could pick pictures to put on and when I asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up he said "a pirate". Now I am thinking hmmmm? How can I tell him that maybe a pirate is not such a great idea. So I say, "A pirate?". No mom, "A pirate, like that flies planes." Oh phew, a PILOT!!

OK, OK I give!
Ok so I swore I would not blog (famous last words). But now in moving to Seattle I figured it would probably be a good way for our friends and family that are far from us to keep tabs on us. And see the antics and goings on in the Wyman family
