Our plans changes today from what I had initially planned on so I had nothing planned for dinner.
I told Joe to pick.
He of course picked ground beef tacos with corn tortillas.
It's one of his favorite!!
And easy!
The kids complained about it when they saw it. . .then they tasted it and both ate 3 tacos :)
We just use the Lawry's taco seasoning mix and then fry the corn tortillas.
Add:
cheese
lettuce
tomatoes
sour cream
guacamole
red onion
and
Voila!!
