Merry Christmas
We just wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas. Here’s to a great New Year in 2012! We hope you have all had a wonderful 2011.
Things seem to always be changing. This year is no different. We had a surprise job change this year for Joe. Not what we were expecting but I think a blessing in disguise. We moved back to Seattle last year for a job with a wireless manufacturer and then Joe was laid off in September. But he just started his new job with AT&T Wireless just before Thanksgiving and really likes it. It is close to home and very little travel which is new for us :)
I keep myself busy with Peyton and Addison. I also still work from home which keeps me busy, but is nice to keep up on some skills and did come in handy very nicely when Joe was out of work for the few months. I keep busy with the house, church, and a bit of travelling. We found ourselves in Disneyland celebrating all of our birthday’s this year, Orcas Island with Joe’s family, and Utah a couple of times. And I was lucky enough to go to Hawaii to help my brother and then a busy back East trip with some friends (13 states in 6 days!)
Peyton is turning 8 this upcoming year and is a lot of fun! He is in 2nd grade and loves school! He enjoys playing the piano, but not always practicing:), taking karate (he earned his yellow belt this year), and soccer and baseball.
Addison will be turning 5 in May and is very fun! She has her beautiful red hair and the spunk and sass to follow. She is in preschool and also loves school! She takes dance and is in a music class. And has a big imagination!
We of course still have our black labradoodle, J.D. who is now 5 years old. The kids love him and he is great with them letting them hug and love him, albeit a bit too much sometimes.
Thank you all for your friendship over the years. It is wonderful to have so many wonderful friends and family. We are very blessed! We hope you all have a wonderful holiday season and we hope to see you all or hear from you soon.
Love,
Joe, Heather, Peyton and Addison
