Tonight we had a knock off of Einsten Bros. Bagel Company's--Tasty Turkey. I used to have these a lot in college. Yummy!
Tasty Turkey Bagel Sandwich
We used:
100 calorie bagels
Chive and onion cream cheese (just Safeway's brand)
Roasted turkey from Costco
lettuce
tomoatoes
cucumbers
colby jack cheese
(for the kids and Joe, I figured I was good with the cream cheese)
You can also use:
sprouts
(I thought the kids would complain and they would go to waste)
avocado
and anything else yummy you like!
We served it with some:
yummy grapes
potato chips
and homemade dill pickle dip
(A little light sour cream, mayo, dill pickle relish, salt and pepper)
